Our Facilities
In order to assure a streamlined and hassle free production of our range of industrial fasteners, we have stationed a sound infrastructural facility. Segregated into different departments like manufacturing, R&D, quality testing and warehouse, our infrastructure is backed by requisite machines, tools and equipment.
Our manufacturing facility is structured with modern machines that encompass the following: - Header Machine

All these machines are well maintained so as to uphold their production capacity and thereby meet the urgent and bulk requirements of our clients in a prompt manner. |
Warehousing and Packaging
Our infrastructure is backed by a sound warehouse that is well structured to store large quantities of our fasteners in a segregated manner. Our warehouse is partitioned into racks and cabinets that help us categorize each of our fasteners for easy identification and proper inventory management. We maintain our warehouse in hygienic and clean manner so that there is no risk of damage to our fasteners from rodents.
Our spacious warehouse is provided with a separate packaging unit that helps us in carrying out effective packaging of our range of industrial fasteners. Our packing department carries out labeling of each of our fasteners with specific sizes, drawing numbers, total weights and number of pieces per packet. We pack our consignments in plastics bags or as specified by the clients for assuring maximum contentment.

Our Methodology for Quality Control
Quality is the forte of our organization and is the foundation of our endeavors. Each step that we undertake is in accordance with our Quality Management System that is developed as per the standards of ISO 9001:2000. Our first step in this direction is to procure our raw material along with a test certificate that describes its chemical composition and mechanical properties. This raw material is then sent to the processing department wherein we undertake the following steps: Heading machine - The diameter of the wire is checked and then loaded on the machine
- After this, slotting and threading process are carried out
1st off inspection - After gearing up of the machine is for the required product, 5 pieces are checked and approved
- It is done in all stages of production
In process inspection - The operators inspect the production at regular intervals using measuring instrument
- It is done in all stages of production
Heat treatment process - Ensures core and case hardness of the product through established cycle
Plating - Proper plating cycle ensures plating quality and thickness
After undertaking close monitoring with all the above steps, we carry out final inspection of before the dispatch so as to conform optimum quality of our range of fasteners. We conduct random checking of our fasteners before their packaging on the following parameters: - Dimensional checks, (By means of digital caliper, micrometer & gauges)
- Visual checks
- Hardness
Once these tests are conducted, we ensure that there is minimal in house rejection and any deviation or defect found in the fasteners is rectified for assuring zero defects. |
